Section 82
(a)
if a maintenance order of a child is expressed to be for any shorter period;
(b)
if any such order has been revoked; or
(c)
if any such order is made in favour of —
(i)
a daughter who is not married; or
(ii)
a child who, by reason of any mental or physical disability, is incapable of maintaining himself, the maintenance order shall expire when the child attains the age of 18
years, but the Court may, on the application by the child or any other person, extend the maintenance order to cover such further period as it thinks reasonable to enable the child to pursue further or higher education or training.
