Section 69

Subject to section 65, the Court may at any time on the application of the person against whom or in whose favour a maintenance order is made, vary the terms of any agreement as to the maintenance made between husband and wife, if it is satisfied that there has been any material change in the circumstances, notwithstanding any contrary provision in the agreement.

Maintenance payable under order of Court inalienable.
