Section 67
(1)
The right of a divorced wife to receive maintenance from her former husband under any order of Court shall cease on the expiry of the
‘iddah period or when she is nusyuz.
(2)
The right of a divorced wife to receive pemberian from her former husband under an agreement shall cease on her remarrying.
