Section 25
(1)
Any provision or the interpretation of any provision in this Act in conflict with Hukum Syara’ shall be invalid to the extent that they are contrary.
(2)
On any matter which is not expressly provided in this Act or in any rules made under this Act, the Syar’ie Judge or the Court shall follow
Hukum Syara’.
