Any person who —

Section 21
(a)
commits forgery in any entry in the application of adoption or the certified copy of the adoption order or the interim order issued under this Act;
(b)
fraudulently or dishonestly uses as genuine any such certified copy which he knows or has reason to believe to be false; or
(c)
fails to comply with any condition imposed in the adoption order or the interim order made under this Act, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 7 years.
