Section 22
(1)
No child shall be registered as an adopted child unless an adoption order has been made by the Syar’ie Judge or the Court under this
Act.

When an adoption order has been made by the Syar’ie Judge or the Court, it shall be registered by the Registrar of Adoptions under the
Registration of Adoptions Act (Chapter 123).
