Any person who —

(a)
obstructs any officer of the Bureau or any police officer or in the exercise of any power under this Act; or
(b)
fails to comply with any lawful requirement of any officer of the Bureau or any police officer in the execution of his duty under this
Act, is guilty of an offence.
Forfeiture.
