Section 56
Where in any cause or matter, either by evidence adduced or by the admission of the parties or by a report of the Registrar of the Court, the facts necessary for an order under this
Order appear to the Court to be sufficiently proved the Court may, either upon the hearing of the cause or of any proceedings in the cause or matter, make such order under this Order.
