Section 53

Upon the hearing of any such application the Court may, if it thinks necessary, direct a reference to the Chief Registrar of the Court, to enquire into any facts which require such investigation, or the Court may direct such application to stand over to enable the plaintiffs to adduce evidence or further evidence before the Court, or to enable the summons to be served on any person.
