Section 54
Where a minor is beneficially entitled to any property the Court may, with a view to the application of the capital or income of the property for the maintenance, education or benefit of the minor, make an order –
(a)
appointing a person to convey or otherwise assure the property; or
(b)
in the case of securities or a thing in action, vesting the right in any person to call for a transfer of such securities, or to receive the dividends or income of them, or to sue for and recover such thing in action, upon such terms as the
Court may think fit.
