Section 17
(1)
On or before each anniversary of registration pursuant to section 13, an ILP shall file with the ILP Registrar a return signed by or on behalf of a general partner certifying that, during the preceding year, the ILP has complied with section 14(1) and that there has been no breach of the declaration given in accordance with section 13(1).
(2)
At the time of filing a return under subsection (1), there shall be paid to the ILP
Registrar the annual prescribed renewal fee.
(3)
If default is made in complying with subsections (1) or (2), the ILP shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars and to a further fine not exceeding one hundred dollars for each day after conviction on which the default continues.
