Section 73
(1)
In addition to the provisions of this Order –
(a)
the International Business Companies Order, 2000 (S 56/2000) shall apply to a licensee which is an international company or a foreign international company; and
(b)
the Companies Act (Chapter 39) shall apply to a licensee which is incorporated or registered under that Act.
(2)
Where there is any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the written laws referred to in subsection (1) and of this Order in their respective application to a licensee, the provisions of this Order shall prevail.
