Section 71
(1)
Nothing in any written law relating to domestic insurance shall be construed so as to apply to the regulation or licensing of persons carrying on exclusively international insurance business or to any business carried on in or from within Brunei Darussalam that is incidental to international insurance business.
(2)
Nothing in this Order shall be construed so as to apply to the regulation or licensing in Brunei Darussalam of persons carrying on only domestic insurance business or to limit the application of any law in Brunei Darussalam relating to the regulation of such business.
