Section 69
(1)
The Authority may in such manner and on such terms as it thinks fit exempt any person or business or class of person or business from any of the provisions of this Order.
(2)
Any exemption given under subsection (1) may contain different provisions for different classes of person or business, or of international insurance business, or with respect to any provision of this Order or from any regulations, administrative notice or guidelines made, issued or published under this Order.
