There shall be recoverable as a civil debt due to the Authority from the party concerned –
of International Insurance and Takaful Order, 2002

(a)
the amount of any fee payable under this Order;
(a)
any remuneration and expenses payable to any person nominated or approved under paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section 38; and
(a)
any remuneration and expenses payable to any person appointed under paragraph (d) or (e) of subsection (2) of section 47.
