Section 60

The Authority may provide information on the operations of a licensee which is incorporated in a country or territory outside Brunei Darussalam, including any report under paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section 38, to a designated supervisory authority in the country or territory of incorporation for the purpose of assisting that authority in any of its material supervisory functions.
