Except for the purposes of the performance of the functions, the exercise of the powers or the discharge of the duties of the Authority under this Order or when lawfully required to do so by any written law relating to criminal activity or the proceeds of such activity or by the

Court, the Authority and any officer, appointee or representative of the Authority shall not disclose any information relating to any person which the Authority or such officer, appointee or representative has acquired in the performance of the functions, the exercise of the powers or the discharge of the duties of the Authority under this Order.
