Section 165
(1)
Any fee or penalty payable under this Order which remains unpaid for more than thirty days after demand for payment is made by the Registrar shall be recoverable as a civil debt due to the Government.
(2)
Notwithstanding that an IBC or foreign international company may have been struck off the register, the IBC or foreign international company continues to be liable for any fees or penalties which had previously become payable under this Order; and any such fees or penalties shall have priority over all other claims against the assets of the IBC.
