Section 164
(1)
The Authority may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, make regulations –
(a)
specifying duties to be performed by the Registrar for the purposes of this Order;
(b)
generally with regard to the procedure for, and regulation of, registration and matters incidental thereto;
(c)
prescribing the fees and any other matters which, under this Order, are to be or may be prescribed.
