Section 38
(1)
Where an act has been done under section 36 in relation to an industrial design, the Government shall, as soon as practicable, inform the owner of the rights in that industrial design that it has been done and give him such information about it as he may require.
(2)
Nothing in subsection (1) requires the Government to inform or disclose information to the owner if doing so would, or might reasonably be expected to, prejudice the security or defence of Brunei Darussalam.
