Section 37
(1)
The right to use an industrial design under section 36 –
(a)
is both non-exclusive and non-assignable;
(b)
is limited to the purposes specified in that section;
(c)
is subject to the terms of any authorisation under that section;
(d)
does not permit the sale of the industrial design to the public; and
