Control of business by another person

Section 19
Where any person has assumed control of the business of a licensed housing developer in pursuance of section 17(2)(c), the following provisions apply —
(a)
that person shall remain in control and continue to carry on the business of the licensed housing developer until such time as the
Minister may in writing direct; and
(b)
every such assumption and cessation of control of the business pursuant to a direction of the Minister made under section 17(2)(c) shall be published by the Board in the Gazette.
