within one month of the making of any alterations in or to any of the documents submitted to the Board under section 9(2), furnish to the Board written particulars of such alterations;

every year appoint an auditor in the manner required by section 16;

within 3 months after the close of his financial year, send to the Board a copy of the report of the auditor prepared pursuant to section 16 together with a copy of his balance sheet and profit and loss account;

where he considers that he is likely to become unable to meet his obligations to the purchasers, forthwith inform the Board of such fact.
