Section 11
(1)
Except with the consent in writing of the Board, no person, not being a licensed housing developer, shall assume or use in relation to any

business or any part of a business carried on by him the words “housing developer” or any of its derivatives or any words indicating the carrying on of housing development.
(2)
Any person, not being a licensed housing developer, who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or both.
