Entry into and remaining in free trade zone

Section 29
(1)
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Act or any other written law, no person shall enter or remain within a free trade zone without the permission of the Authority.
(2)
Every person who enters or remains within a free trade zone shall comply with such conditions imposed by the Authority as it deems fit.
(3)
A person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) is guilty of an offence.
