Appeals against decisions of Authority

Section 32
Where it is provided in this Act or any regulations made thereunder that decision on any matter rests with the Authority, then unless it is specifically provided that such decision is at the discretion of the Authority, any person aggrieved by such decision may appeal to the Minister whose decision is final.
