Section 27

Every failure to comply with, and every act done or attempted to be done contrary to the provisions of this Act or any regulations made thereunder is an offence and in respect of such offence for which no penalty is expressly provided, the offender is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of $1,500 and for every subsequent offence to a fine of $3,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 18 months or both.
