Rates and charges

Section 16
(1)
Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Authority may impose such rates and charges as it may prescribe for the use of premises or property belonging to or vested in the Authority and for any services rendered or facilities provided by the Authority.
(2)
The Authority may enter into an agreement in respect of any of the matters referred to in subsection (1) instead of imposing the rates or charges prescribed for them.
