Section 14
(1)
The Authority shall, within 6 months from the end of its financial year, forward to the Minister —
(a)
a copy of the audited financial statements; and
(b)
a report on the working of the Authority throughout that financial year.
(2)
The Minister shall, upon receiving the financial statements and report, present them to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan.
