Accounts and records of transactions

Section 15
(1)
Any person engaged in any activity or service in a free trade zone shall keep proper accounts and records of such transactions and affairs in such form and manner and for such period as may be determined by the
Authority.
(2)
Such person shall submit such accounts and records of transactions to the Authority upon its request.
(3)
A person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) is guilty of an offence.
