Section 151

Any person who sells or offers for sale, or permits to be sold or offered for sale, or has in his possession for sale any intoxicating liquor otherwise than in accordance with a licence to sell by retail issued under section 78 shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or both.
