Section 154

Every omission or neglect to comply with, and every act done or attempted to be done contrary to, this Order, or any breach of the conditions and restrictions subject to or upon which any licence or permit is issued under this Order, shall be an offence against this Order and where no penalty is expressly provided, the offender guilty of any such offence shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $16,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 8 months or both.
