Section 17
(1)
A test report from an accredited testing laboratory in accordance with the test requirements that may be specified by the Authority shall be treated as sufficient evidence for verifying energy efficiency performance.
(2)
The Authority may request for further testing to be done by the accredited testing laboratory and submit the test report to the Authority.
(3)
All costs relating to the test under subsection (2) shall be borne by the registered supplier regardless of the results of the test report.
