Section 15
(1)
The Minister may prescribe any minimum energy efficiency standards, test standards and such other performance requirements for the registrable goods as applicable under this Act.
(2)
The Minister may declare the update of minimum energy efficiency standards, test standards and such other performance requirements prescribed for the registrable goods as applicable under this Act.
