Accredited testing laboratories

Section 16
(1)
The Authority shall have power in its discretion to accredit testing laboratories, within Brunei Darussalam or outside Brunei Darussalam, which are qualified to test the energy efficiency performance of registrable goods.
(2)
The Authority may remove a laboratory from the list of accredited testing laboratories if the laboratory is found to have breached the scopes of its accreditation or of such other reasons as the Authority thinks fit.
(3)
The Authority shall make available to the public a list of accredited testing laboratories.
