Section 138
(1)
Any person who fails to comply with any decision or order of the Commissioner made under sections 124 and 125 is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a fine not exceeding $100 for each day the offence continues after conviction.
(2)
Any person who —
(a)
wilfully obstructs the service of, or obedience to, any summons;
(b)
neglects to attend as required in such summons;
(c)
commits, in respect of any inquiry or complaint, any offence referred to in Chapter X of the Penal Code (Chapter 22), shall be punished as provided in that Chapter.
