Restriction on employment of young persons

Section 104
(1)
No young person shall be employed in any industrial undertaking which the Minister has declared under subsection (2) to be an industrial undertaking in which no young person shall be employed.
(2)
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan and by notification published in the Gazette, declare any industrial undertaking to be an industrial undertaking in which no young person shall be employed.
