Section 102
Any employer who —
(a)
fails to pay his female employee in accordance with the provisions of this Part; or
(b)
acts in contravention of section 98, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or both.
