Restriction on employment of children

Section 103
(1)
No person shall employ a child in an industrial undertaking or in an undertaking which is not an industrial undertaking, except as provided for in subsection (3).
(2)
(Deleted).
(3)
A child who has attained the age of 14 years may be employed in light work suited to his capacity in an undertaking which is not in industrial undertaking.
(4)
For the purposes of subsection (3), a certificate of a medical practitioner shall be conclusive on the question of whether any work is suited to the capacity of any particular child.
