Section 50
(1)
The Controller may in writing authorise any officer or employee to exercise any of the powers of the Controller under this Part.
(2)
Any such officer or employee shall be deemed to be a public servant for the purposes of the Penal Code (Chapter 22).
(3)
In exercising any of the powers of enforcement under this Act, an authorised officer or employee shall on demand produce to the person against whom he is acting the authority issued to him by the Controller.
Controller may give directions for compliance.
