Administration of Act

Section 3
(1)
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and
Yang Di-Pertuan, by notification published in the Gazette, appoint such person or body as he thinks fit to be the Authority for the purpose of carrying this Act into effect.

(2)
The Authority shall be responsible for the administration of this
Act, either generally or for any particular Part or provision of this Act or for any particular regulations made thereunder, and may in the notification specify the extent of and manner in which that responsibility is to be exercised.
