Section 6
The Director shall keep or cause to be kept a register in which shall be entered, in respect of every school registered in
Brunei Darussalam —
(a)
the address of such school;
(b)
the name of the school, under which instruction or teaching is carried on in such school;
(c)
the name and address of the supervisor and of every other manager of such school;
(d)
the name and address of every teacher employed or engaged in teaching in such school;

(e)
such other particulars in relation to such school or to the manager of, or teachers in, such school or otherwise, as may be prescribed.
No school to be registered unless a supervisor has been appointed.
