Section 7

No school shall be registered until a manager has been appointed by the managers of the school to be supervisor of such school for the purposes of this Act, and a copy of such appointment, in writing, signed by the managers, has been submitted to the Minister:

Provided that, when a school has not more than one manager, such manager shall be deemed to be the supervisor of the school.
