(2)
Immediately upon any supervisor of any registered school ceasing to act as supervisor of such school, the managers thereof shall appoint a fit and proper and responsible registered manager of such school to be supervisor in his place, and shall forthwith notify the Director.
(3)
If such managers shall fail or neglect to appoint such supervisor or shall fail or neglect to notify the Director of such appointment, every manager of such school shall be guilty of an offence against this Part.
Offence for manager knowingly to act with an unregistered manager or to employ an unregistered teacher.
