(2)
The Minister shall, in the case of the registration of a school, issue to the supervisor thereof a certificate of registration of the school in the prescribed form, and in the case of the registration of a teacher issue to such teacher, through the supervisor of the school, a certificate in the prescribed form.
Certificate and list of managers and teachers of school to be exhibited.
