Section 16

Any manager of a registered school who —

(a)

acts with any person, acting as a manager, whom he knows or has reason to believe to be acting in contravention of the provision of this Part; or

(b)

employs or permits any person to act as a teacher in such school, other than a person registered as a teacher in such school or permitted to teach in such school under the provisions of the first proviso to subsection (1) of section 9, shall be guilty of an offence against this Part.

School may be struck off the register.
