Section 122

It shall be the responsibility of the board of governors of an educational institution to ensure that there shall be an annual auditing of the accounts of the educational institution by an accredited auditor appointed by the board for such a purpose, and a copy of the auditor’s report shall forthwith be submitted by the board to the Registrar General.
