Superior police officer may exercise powers of subordinate officers

Any police officer to whom an officer in charge of a police station is subordinate may exercise the same powers as may be exercised by the officer in charge of the police station and any police officer to whom an officer in charge of a Police District is subordinate may exercise the same powers as may be exercised by the officer in charge of the Police District.
