Section 387

If any person is killed in endeavouring to arrest or to keep in lawful custody a person accused as mentioned in section 386, the Minister of

Finance and Economy, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang

Di-Pertuan, may order payment by Government to the wife, husband, parent or child of the deceased of such sum or sums as appear reasonable in compensation for the loss sustained.
