Section 288
(1)
When the appeal has been heard, the High Court shall either at once or on some future day of which notice shall be given to the parties, deliver the judgment.
(2)
The judgment shall ordinarily be delivered in open Court but in the absence of the appellant or for other just cause, the Court may deliver judgment by service of a written copy or may direct that the judgment be read out in the lower Court.
